I hand embroidered this white stole (chiffon) with cotton floss with shadow work (chikkan work). I had made one for a client and liked it so much that made one for myself

Beaded neckline
Got a light blue shadow work material as a gift from hubby recently (he bought it from Lucknow) and I got it stitched ASAP. When I saw the final product I felt that the neckline looked a little drab. So got hold of some beads and tried to make some difference to the neckline. See for yourself…

Dining ware – 1
I wanted to jazz up my dinning table and thought of getting some new things done for it. So I embroidered a little and got some stitching done somewhere and a little bit of crochet here and there and came up with varied napkins, coasters and table mats. I had made a couple of coasters and hot plates earlier and had shared with you guys. Now, will post new things one by one.
Today will showcase napkins with cherries cross-stitched on it…

Anklets and a teaser…
Guess what I did this weekend? Made myself a couple of anklets!
And now I have started embroidery on a stole. Check it out and the tracing done on it. Will post the completed one in a few weeks (I am sure it will take a few weeks to complete the whole thing!)
